Job description

Our Client is a well established General Insurer with a long standing history in the market. As an Accounts Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle Accounts Payables duties - process invoices and payments.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable duties - timely and accurate sales billing and monthly update of AR reports.
  • Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting system.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedule.
  • Prepare bank in cash, cheque, sales register.
  • Participate in system improvement project(s) when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1 year of experience in processing partial set of accounts.
