Full-Time Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) Wanted @ Boon Keng/Aljunied Area!

• Salary Range: $3000 - $4000 (Depending on Experience)
• Location: Boon Keng/Aljunied Area (5 bus stops from Boon Keng MRT / Aljunied MRT)
• Working Hours:
  - Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including invoice validation, handling petty cash, and processing staff reimbursements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless AP workflows.
• Execute payments through multiple payment methods.
• Prepare and review AP reports, including reconciliations for intercompany transactions, banks, and vendors, as well as Balance Sheet schedules.
• Handle journal entries such as accruals and reclassification adjustments.
• Oversee GST submissions and maintain Fixed Assets records.
• Assist with AP automation projects and efficiency enhancements.
• Support both internal and external audits on a quarterly basis.
• Optimize payment procedures and enhance system functionality for improved financial operations.
