Performing Artiste Manager

Job Description

1. Participate in all assigned on-stage performances of the company.
2. Attend all rehearsals and work with the band members and singers.
3. Work with the stage manager to fine-tune performances.
4. Keep and update a weekly selection of at least 20 songs for routine performances.
5. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selections for optimal performance standards.
6. Recruit and interview new performing artists.
7. Interpret all music or dance and perform in productions.
8. Guide and advise artists to improve on stage.
9. Discipline problematic artists.

Requirements

1. Must have 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Performing Artist Manager or related managerial role.
2. Able to work and communicate well with all singers.
3. Must have experience as a performer and vocalist.
4. Knowledge of Mandarin songs and J-Pop/K-Pop is advantageous.
5. Must have strong experience in the field.
