PERFORMING ARTISTE MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Arrange and schedule all assigned on-stage performances of the company.
2. Attend and arrange rehearsals, collaborating with other performers.
3. Work with performers to fine-tune their performances.
4. Keep and update weekly routine performances.
5. Assist performers in selecting optimal performance standards.
6. Manage administrative tasks for performers, including reporting to management.
7. Oversee staff and assist management in handling performer-related issues.
8. Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters.

Requirements

1. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and performers from East Asia.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or in a related managerial role.
3. Able to communicate well with performers.
4. Experience as a performer is a plus.
5. Knowledge of Mandarin Pop, J-Pop, or K-Pop is advantageous.
6. Strong stage experience.
