1. Orientation started and introduced all the artiste crews’ members to each other; daily performance gets ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes monthly and provide feedback for corrective measures when necessary.

5. Work with the producer on the artistes' performing time slots and make necessary adjustments when needed.

6. Ensure overall discipline among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.

7. Enforce discipline with a zero-tolerance policy.

8. Represent the performing artistes in all management meetings.

9. Responsible for the audition and evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selections for optimal performance standards.

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in productions.

12. Collaborate with other artistes and band members to ensure smooth operations and readiness to perform on stage at any time, producing excellent productions.

13. Share stage experience with junior artistes.

14. Negotiate contracts and fees, book venues, and handle publicity.

15. Foster and strengthen teamwork.
