GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Manager, SEO to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for driving SEO for GroupM's key regional clients.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Become familiar with organizational processes.
- Take ownership of existing SEO projects.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within the Agencies.
In six months:
- Deliver growth and establish Agency target revenue.
- Refine and further develop Analytics and SEM propositions to complement Agency offerings.
- Train team on delivery.
In 12 months:
- Retention and growth of Agency SEO business and revenue target.
- Development of client training/workshop proposition to include: creds, sales collateral and training materials.
What your day job looks like at GroupM:
The appointee will be responsible for the effective delivery of client SEO services either directly or by contributing to projects managed by other team members. There may also be communication with other GroupM offices and external vendors.
Agency Partner:
- To ensure delivery of existing business and maintain quality and satisfaction.
- To identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within the agencies.
- To be an evangelist for complete SEO offering within the Agencies and to increase staff competencies for effective delivery.
Specialist Area:
- To be a knowledge owner for Analytics and actively develop and share this knowledge with the team as well as provide/lead delivery.
- To support the further development of Analytics as a discrete offering by the team to support existing agency content offerings.
Sales & Operations:
- Refine sales proposition and supporting processes for delivery.
- Retain clients and identify within your current portfolio upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work with the Director, SEO to create sales proposals and support RFPs with tangible data references, where appropriate.

Any kind of expertise in any of the following areas would be preferable:
- Conversion Optimisation (CRO/LPO).
- Exhibit advanced grasp on JavaScript, CSS and HTML put together and their impact on page performance and content delivery.
- Adapt with API use and curious about data.
- Well-experienced with Omniture/Google Analytics set-up and configuration.
- Experience with use of Python.
