As the People Services Team Leader, you will play a critical role in establishing and leading the APAC Hub, ensuring a purpose-driven, trusted, inclusive, and engaging service to colleagues across the region. You will be responsible for developing, motivating, and inspiring a team of People Service Specialists, building a proactive, professional, and people-focused approach to service delivery. Working as part of the global People function, you will lead within the People Services community of practice, promoting industry best practices and driving global alignment across all regional hubs (Americas, EMEA, and APAC). You will be instrumental in establishing an APAC People Services Hub, ensuring standardisation while balancing local legislative requirements. Your contributions will support the attraction, retention, colleague experience, and engagement of our people through:
