The Role
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement. A key focus of this role will be the development and delivery of effective learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance, alongside other key P&C activities such as recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage the conversion of onboarding material into local SE Asian languages.
Learning and Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, including online learning modules and workshops.
- Support the implementation of our new HRIS (Employment Hero) and LMS systems, providing ongoing support to employees.
- Coordinate employee training needs analysis and design training programs to address identified gaps.
Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and social events.
- Assist in the administration of employee surveys and analyse results to identify areas for improvement.
HR Administration:
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Provide support to employees with HR-related queries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a ‘get things done’ mindset along with a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Employment Hero, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
