Job description

Payroll Assistant/Officer/Executive (1 year contract)

Working Location: Bukit Merah Central
Working hours: 8.30 am to 6 pm - Working days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with Institutional HR for necessary instructions & documents required for payroll processing.
  2. Perform monthly payroll computation of various cost centers.
  3. Be involved in month-end closing and accounts reconciliation.
  4. Process employees' claims, IR8A, and all other related tax forms and filings.
  5. Responsible for CPF contribution/refund.
  6. Attend to enquiries from employees.

Job Requirements:

  1. O/A/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  2. At least 2-4 years’ relevant Payroll experience for Assistant.
  3. Meticulous with an eye for detail.

Additional Information:

  • Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident need to apply.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system and/or shared service payroll experience will be an added advantage.
