About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Payroll Specialist with expertise in SAP to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, regulations, and payroll processes, this is the perfect role for you.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with manpower regulations, and delivering key payroll reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Payroll Processing – Manage and process payroll, including overtime, incentives, claims, and other payments through monthly and ad-hoc payroll runs.
  2. Payroll Accuracy & Compliance – Cross-check salary computations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, etc.).
  3. Payroll System & Reporting – Post payroll transactions into SAP, prepare salary reconciliations, and generate payroll-related reports for management.
  4. Government Submissions & Claims – Handle submissions for CPF, tax filings, NS reservist claims, maternity leave, childcare leave claims, and more.
  5. Collaboration with Finance & Auditors – Support month-end and quarterly payroll closing with Finance, and liaise with auditors and tax agents when required.
  6. HRIS & Process Improvement – Maintain employee payroll data in SAP/ESS, drive payroll process enhancements, and perform system UAT testing when necessary.
  7. Employee Payroll Support – Respond promptly to payroll inquiries and ensure a positive employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

  1. -Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (HRM preferred).
  2. -At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience with strong knowledge of manpower regulations (Employment Act, CPF Act, tax laws).
  3. -Proficiency in SAP Payroll is a plus! Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) are required.
  4. -Meticulous, accurate, and process-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
  5. -Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, Finance, and external partners.
