Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for payroll operations, reporting & audit.
  2. Work with external vendors on employees’ insurance and benefits operations, including claims and invoices processing, in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Ensure adherence to local CPF and tax regulations and legislative requirements regarding employee’s benefits and payroll.
  4. Perform payroll reconciliation and cost allocation, back charging, payment matters, etc.
  5. Timely processing and submission of government-paid leave (Paternity/ Maternity/ Childcare), tax clearance and claim.
  6. Recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Assist with UAT testing for HRIS enhancement works.
  8. Ensure integrity and timeliness of information and data in HRIS system.
  9. Support employees on payroll, staff benefits and HRIS related queries.
  10. Support the operational aspects of the company’s C&B projects.
  11. All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource field with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in payroll processing, administering benefits and HRIS.
  2. Good knowledge and application of payroll principles and concepts.
  3. Good knowledge of Employment Act, local labour legislations and other statutory requirements.
