Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll, including overtime.
- Maintain precise employee records.
- Oversee outsourced payroll providers.
- Ensure adherence to payroll regulations.
- Address payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports and support audits.
- Collaborate with HR on benefits and compensation changes.
- Stay informed on payroll laws and industry best practices.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of working experience in Payroll functions.
- Diploma/degree in relevant field.
- Experience in MNC/Outsource Payroll experience will be an added advantage.
