Directing the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data.
Overseeing and reviewing payroll payments and account reconciliations.
Ensuring records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
Coordinating with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.
Maintaining accurate account balances and detailed records for auditing.
Monitoring payroll team performance and training new staff.
Managing and resolving any issues related to payroll.
Preparing reports and payroll analysis reports.
Leave system management.
Management of outsource payroll vendor.
Generation of payroll accounting reports on a monthly basis.
Reconciliation of any payroll errors.
Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma or a degree/masters, working experience with payroll functions and relevant software like Easypay with managerial experience.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff.
Problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
Ensure targets are achieved accurately.
Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
