Job Description
Process end-to-end payroll, including salary computation, CPF submissions, tax reporting, and employee claims.
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Process payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Prepare payroll reports, including reconciliations, year-end tax filings, and audits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
Generate payroll-related documents, such as IR8A and IR8S.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses.
Support audits and ensure data integrity.
Participate in payroll system implementation and improvement.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience, preferably within the retail/F&B industry.
Proficient in InfoTech system will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with effective organization skills.
