Payroll Executive [Retail / Permament / Paya Lebar]

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Payroll Executive to join my client in the Retail Industry!

Job Description

1. Process end-to-end payroll, including salary computation, CPF submissions, tax reporting, and employee claims.

2. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

3. Process payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4. Prepare payroll reports, including reconciliations, year-end tax filings, and audits.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.

6. Generate payroll-related documents, such as IR8A and IR8S.

7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses.

8. Support audits and ensure data integrity.

9. Participate in payroll system implementation and improvement.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

2. Minimum 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience, preferably within the retail/F&B industry.

3. Proficient in InfoTech system will be an added advantage.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with effective organization skills.
