As a Payroll Executive / Finance Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting HR operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of staff-related billings and financial records. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR business partners and various internal stakeholders, delivering customer-centric support within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Movement Billings: Accurately process and follow up on all billing matters related to staff transfers, appointments, and departures across entities.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with HR Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to clarify and resolve billing issues promptly.
HR & Finance Collaboration: Support HR in delivering effective advisory services by ensuring finance-related matters align with HR policies and practices.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records within shared drives and databases, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and regularly update internal billing trackers to reflect the current status of outstanding and completed transactions.
Cost Allocation & Reporting: Manage cost provisions, accruals, and fractionation related to staff costs and inter-entity charging, supporting accurate financial reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple teams.
Able to handle sensitive HR-financial data with confidentiality.
Experience in finance support roles or payroll functions will be advantageous.
Familiarity with HR operations and/or billing processes is a plus.
