Assist and manage full cycle of monthly payroll processing including computation of salary, attendance checking, overtime processing and allowances, CPF submission and Tax filing for foreign employees under IR21
Responsible for the preparation and processing payroll for foreign workers
Work with respective Site Personnel pertaining to payroll matters.
Providing information and answering questions about workers payroll-related matters.
Maintain proper documentation of workers records by updating HRIS accurately and promptly
Preparing and ensuring accuracy in payroll and other payroll-related reports for stakeholders.
Handles statutory claims such as NS, maternity, paternity & child-care leave in Singapore.
On Monthly basis ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day Payroll operations.
Respond to employees queries on payroll matters relating to timesheets, payslips or pay related calculations.
Ensure up to date employee data in HRIS System
Yearly processing of employment income
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Higher NITEC / Diploma /Degree in Human Resource Management
2-3 years experience in construction / oil & gas
Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/Singapore Employment Act
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment
Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude
