Payroll Analyst

We are pleased to be partnering with a European-headquartered Financial Services Group to appoint a Payroll Analyst (circa. $72k-$80k base per annum) into their Human Resources (HR) team. They pride themselves on devising bespoke solutions tailored to their clients’ specific goals and expectations, primarily through blending investment portfolios with personal values to derive the largest and most meaningful returns. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Head of HR for Singapore, the incoming Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as the effective administration of employee benefits programs, operationalised through their HR Information Systems. This includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Responding to queries and resolving discrepancies on all related topics
2. Partnering with vendors to administer and process payroll for all employees in Singapore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, and regulations
3. Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other company-sponsored benefits
4. Maintaining the HR Information Systems (HRIS)
5. Assisting in the development and communication of related HR policies and procedures
6. Participating in Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and other HR projects and initiatives as needed
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements in payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and raising overall employee satisfaction
