We are pleased to be partnering a European-headquartered Financial Services Group to appoint a Payroll & Benefits Lead into their regional Human Resources (HR) team. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role with pathway to team management.
Reporting into the HR Shared Services Lead for Asia, the incoming will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as the effective running of employee benefits programs, operationalised through their HR Information Systems. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Ideally, the incoming should come with the requisite Payroll and Benefits skills as part of an HR Shared Services (HRSS) team at the regional level (Asia/Asia-Pacific is ideal). Desirable personal qualities include someone meticulous, proactive and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
