Payroll Administrator/ Executive (HR, Govt Organization, Stable job, Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • Processes biweekly and off-cycle pay runs in the Workday HR system.
  • Ensures the computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net pay are done properly.
  • Processes semi-monthly payroll in the Workday system.
  • Understands and administers complex payroll transactions, e.g., executive deferred compensation, restricted stock vesting, and others.
  • Maintains time tracking system, troubleshooting and issue resolution, configuration.
  • Completes tasks as required by external and internal auditors.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Special projects as requested by Management.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources.
  • Min 1 year of experience required.
  • Office Hours/ 5 Days.
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Good management skills of team.
