Payroll Administrator/ Executive (HR, Govt Organization, Stable job, Admin)
Key Responsibilities
- Processes biweekly and off-cycle pay runs in the Workday HR system.
- Ensures the computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net pay are done properly.
- Processes semi-monthly payroll in the Workday system.
- Understands and administers complex payroll transactions, e.g., executive deferred compensation, restricted stock vesting, and others.
- Maintains time tracking system, troubleshooting and issue resolution, configuration.
- Completes tasks as required by external and internal auditors.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Special projects as requested by Management.
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources.
- Min 1 year of experience required.
- Office Hours/ 5 Days.
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Good management skills of team.
