Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product roadmap for traditional and digital payment solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive product innovation and optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technology, sales, operations, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure successful product delivery and market launch.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements in various markets.
• Customer Experience: Enhance user experience by ensuring a secure, seamless, and efficient payment process.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience: Over 5 years of product management experience in payments, acquiring, or fintech industries; experience in crypto or blockchain is a plus.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of the payment industry with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
