Working Location: Pasir Ris Mall Working hrs: 42hrs/ week including weekends and PH. No overnight shift
Responsibilities:
Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties.
Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
Support doctors in language translation when needed.
Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
Responsible for daily operations matters, including collating & compiling patient management indicators.
Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
Key accountabilities:
Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
Experience in working with diverse groups of professionals/personnel.
The ability to speak in multiple languages is an added advantage.
