The Role:

1. Provide financial counseling to patients, offering estimates of their medical bills
2. Handle patient registration and manage general inquiries at the counter
3. Answer incoming calls and provide clear and helpful information to patients
4. Collect payments, manage daily counter transactions, and reconcile daily collections
5. Act as a "Service Ambassador" in the patient waiting area, responding to patient queries and ensuring immediate service recovery when necessary
6. Assist in coordinating with other healthcare departments to ensure smooth patient services
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the patient service areas
8. Ensure all patient data is accurately recorded and updated in the system
9. Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
10. Perform any other duties as assigned to support daily operations and patient care

What are we looking for?

1. Minimum O-Level education
2. Must be willing and able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts
3. Ability to commit to working on weekends and public holidays
4. Able to work effectively in a healthcare environment, managing patient concerns and inquiries
