The Role:
- Provide financial counseling to patients, offering estimates of their medical bills
- Handle patient registration and manage general inquiries at the counter
- Answer incoming calls and provide clear and helpful information to patients
- Collect payments, manage daily counter transactions, and reconcile daily collections
- Act as a "Service Ambassador" in the patient waiting area, responding to patient queries and ensuring immediate service recovery when necessary
- Assist in coordinating with other healthcare departments to ensure smooth patient services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the patient service areas
- Ensure all patient data is accurately recorded and updated in the system
- Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support daily operations and patient care
What are we looking for?
- Minimum O-Level education
- Must be willing and able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts
- Ability to commit to working on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work effectively in a healthcare environment, managing patient concerns and inquiries
