Patient Service Associate (I-Care Clinic)*

As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers/patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure clinic’s operational readiness
2. Register patients and book appointments accordingly
3. Perform cashiering duties, attend to and manage patients’ enquiries
4. Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents
5. Assist clinic/nurse manager in administrative duties
6. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least “O” Levels/Diploma
2. Proficient in computer skills
3. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed
