Patient Service Associate (Cardiac Diagnostic)

Job Description:

1. Attend to patients’ needs especially those with fall risk, cognitive impairment, elderly, demented and restlessness requiring use of body/limb restraints etc.
2. Transfer and lift patients from wheelchair to couch, assist patients to toilet and vice versa.
3. Manage and schedule daily inpatient, outpatient and ad-hoc cases.
4. Assess and monitor the patient pre-, during, and post-procedure.
5. Maintain inventory of consumable items and stationery.
6. Set up and maintain an efficient and accessible filing system for the department.
7. Responsible for department general housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area and ensure work environment is ready for daily operations.
8. Support the Cardiac Diagnostic Laboratory Team as advised by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. A Diploma in a Science-related course.
2. Working experience in Healthcare preferred.
