Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Operations Executive (Healthcare) to manage and enhance patient communication via our messaging platform. This role is ideal for someone who excels at patient engagement, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology to improve patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries via messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to patients regarding appointments, treatments, and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Ensure a compassionate, professional, and patient-centric approach in all communications.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency in handling patient queries.
  • Optimize chatbot responses and AI-driven communication tools to enhance patient engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze patient interactions to refine and improve automation strategies.

Messaging Platform Management

  • Be the lead administrator for the company’s messaging platform.
  • Oversee platform updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Train staff on best practices for using the messaging system effectively.

Administrative & IT Support

  • Assist with administrative duties, including procurement of medical and office supplies.
  • Support IT-related tasks, such as managing user accounts, troubleshooting basic tech issues, and liaising with external vendors for software and hardware needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage patients empathetically.
  • Experience with messaging platforms, chatbots, or automation tools is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic IT-related issues.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
