Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Provision of personalised patient case management and ensuring patients are submitting relevant program documents on a timely basis.

  2. Making scheduled outbound calls to enrolled patients and answering inbound calls, attending to FAQ-related enquiries where all appropriate information obtained during patient interactions are entered and saved in the PatientCare Management System.

  3. Assist in ensuring that programs are delivered within the appropriate service levels and standards including, but not limited to, case handling time, pre-defined protocols, confidentiality of patient data, and program standard operating procedures (SOPs) are always adhered to and complied with.

  4. Follow best practice medical guidelines and mentorship from the Operations Manager and our medical advice team, responsible for reporting Adverse Events made aware during interactions with patients.

  5. Preparing periodic program reports and assisting in the preparation of audits and project checks, as well as assisting to be the auditee in both internal and external audits.

  6. Deliver any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Program Manager.

Requirements

  1. NITEC/Diploma in any area.

  2. Related healthcare/customer service industrial attachment/working experience is preferred.

  3. Good communication skills.

  4. Good coaching and listening skills and demonstrates the ability to motivate patients in order to assist them to achieve their goals or to adhere to program-related mechanisms.

  5. Must be patient and possess strong empathetic characteristics.

  6. Able to evaluate problems and take timely decisions.

  7. Have good computer skills to perform data entry and reporting.

  8. Ability to obtain, record, and maintain accurate information e.g. patient notes, statistical information.

  9. Able to work as part of a team and in a patient-centered and driven environment.

  10. Able to work with minimal supervision.

  11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  12. Contribute to the achievements of key performance indicators.
