Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare and serve food in accordance with the standards set by the Company.
  2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the entire kitchen.
  3. Familiarize oneself with all the Company’s rules and regulations.
  4. Ensure a safe working environment in the kitchen to prevent unnecessary accidents.
  5. Follow and understand standard recipes through personal involvement.
  6. Attend all relevant training as required.
  7. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
  8. Ensure that all staff are properly groomed and dressed according to the hygiene standards set.
  9. Timely follow up on all matters pertaining to the kitchen.
