Job Description

1. Prepare, bake and present all baked items and sandwiches effectively and in good standards.
2. Maintain the kitchen cleanliness.
3. Assist in dishwashing duties as and when required.
4. Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and complied with.
5. Execute any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Pastry Chef:

1. At least 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef.
2. Able to bake good quality breads and cakes including Focaccia, Cheesecake, Cupcake, Sandwiches, etc.

Junior Pastry Chef:

1. At least 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef.
2. Willing to learn and grow with the company.
