Develop the strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive new customer demand and business growth in the assigned region.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to develop and execute GTM business plans including lead generation, marketing, sales plays, and sales enablement that deliver quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Champion and cultivate new partnerships to support business growth and product expansion.
Source, pursue, negotiate, and structure new partnership deals and high impact strategic opportunities.
Conduct research into industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product news to identify new markets and customer needs.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the partner and local market requirements and provide insights back to Product teams to lead to improved product capabilities and experiences.
Develop and implement reseller recruitment strategy, onboarding, and sales programs to drive additional revenue through channel.
Provide leadership and direction for partners. Create, measure, and report on partner initiatives to meet business objectives.
Requirements
Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in partnership management.
Commercial awareness of mobile, digital products, and Cloud SaaS.
