Job description

As the Partnership Manager, you will lead the ideation, planning, and execution of creative and high-impact events to support the company’s partnerships. Your role will focus on bringing innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to the table to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and create lasting relationships with key partners. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to develop experiential events that go beyond conventional methods, driving business growth through meaningful and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Strategy & Innovation:

  • Design and implement a creative event strategy to support existing and new partnerships.
  • Think beyond traditional event forats to develop unconventional, innovative experiences that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Identify opportunities for experiential marketing, pop-ups, virtual experiences, and other unique event formats to engage partners and customers alike.

2. Partnership Activation & Management:

  • Work closely with strategic partners to co-create and launch collaborative events that highlight the company’s value proposition.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure event messaging, branding, and execution align with shared objectives.
  • Develop joint roadmaps for events, setting clear KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with broader partnership goals.

3. Creative Leadership:

  • Bring a high level of creativity to all event planning and execution, leveraging unconventional ideas to differentiate the company in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with internal design, content, and marketing teams to develop bold and innovative event themes, visuals, and experiences that leave a lasting impression on participants.

4. Event Planning & Execution:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of events from concept to completion, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination (both physical and virtual).
  • Ensure seamless execution of partnership events by managing timelines, resources, and partner expectations.
  • Stay ahead of event trends and continuously look for ways to innovate and elevate partnership activations.

5. Post-Event Analysis & Optimization:

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for future improvements.
  • Develop detailed post-event reports that highlight performance against KPIs, attendee engagement, and partnership outcomes.
  • Use insights and data from past events to refine strategies and enhance the impact of future activations.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing, sales, and partnership teams to align event goals with broader business strategies.
  • Serve as a creative liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure all aspects of events reflect the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Drive event marketing efforts, ensuring proper promotion and communication to maximize participation and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event management, partnership activations, or experiential marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative and unconventional event concepts.
  • Exceptional creativity and a passion for developing unique event experiences that push the boundaries of traditional formats.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of branding, experiential marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience in creating and launching events in collaboration with external partners, ideally within the [insurance/technology/finance] industry.
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms, virtual event solutions, and hybrid event formats.
