About the Team:

The Online Marketing Partnerships team works closely with partners on the open internet e.g. direct publishers, equipment manufacturers and more (non-walled gardens) to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with Shopee’s business objectives. The team addresses challenging topics on a regular basis such as attribution fraud, emerging partners and technologies.


Job Description

  1. Collaborate with a wide range of Chinese media partners including demand-side platforms (DSPs) (programmatic), ad networks, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), direct publishers, etc.
  2. Proactively manage partner relationships, and act as a daily point of contact to onboard, manage and resolve partner queries and issues - this includes campaign performance & optimisation, technical integrations and billings.
  3. Manage and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality reporting and data tracking for internal/external sharing.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including Strategy & Planning, Adtech, Creative and Finance teams to ensure deliverables of campaigns and efficiency of processes.
  5. Proactively drive market analysis and value-added insights to inform and direct new partnership opportunities to achieve constant growth.
  6. Partner stakeholders to provide advice and guidance with strategic decisions, based on observations of recent market/industry trends.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, or other quantitative majors is preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in digital or online marketing, ideally with exposure to client-facing scope within the e-Commerce/internet industry preferred.
  3. Experience working with China media partners but not limited to DSPs, ad networks, OEMs, and direct publisher preferred.
  4. Experience in product integration is preferred.
  5. Team management experience is a good to have.
  6. Interest in stakeholder management, numbers-driven and analytical work.
  7. In-depth knowledge in tracking and fraud.
  8. On top of the new technology and industry best practices.
