You will be leading the charge in the Partner Success Team as a Partner Solutions Architect to empower and deliver transformative Integration and Automation solutions to clients across various industries in both a pre and post sales capacity. In this role, you will work closely with our focus partners, including consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to architect, design, and implement cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges.
You will also be responsible to:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (8-15 years) in a similar role within the Integration and Automation industry.
Deep understanding of integration technologies, API frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP).
Strong proficiency in architecting solutions using iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) tools, preferably Workato.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, or technology vendors.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Workato, Salesforce, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information and options quickly.
Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
