Job description

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will proactively address critical customer concerns and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners. You will collaborate closely with partners to understand their business objectives and talent needs, working alongside your Director to design and execute strategic plans using company offerings and services to ensure successful outcomes.

Given the daily use of Mandarin and English, fluency in both written and spoken communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Operations Management:Oversee local ICT channel operations, develop channel strategies, optimize partner structures, and enhance partner capabilities to achieve channel objectives.
  2. Channel Sales Expansion:Identify and onboard new channel partners to drive revenue growth. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, support their sales goals, and resolve challenges during the sales cycle.
  3. Partner Support:Provide business enablement to partners, including product training, sales toolkits, and campaign planning, to improve their sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  4. Demand Generation:Lead and execute industry-focused demand generation activities (e.g., events, campaigns) in coordination with partner marketing teams to increase sales opportunities.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with sales engineers, technical teams, and sales leaders to ensure partners receive comprehensive technical and strategic support.
  6. Training & Enablement:Assist in designing tailored training programs to ensure partners achieve proficiency in company products/services and enhance their market competitiveness.
  7. Data Analysis & Feedback:Analyze channel performance metrics, evaluate partner outcomes, and develop improvement plans to sustain channel growth.
  8. Industry Insights:Collaborate with ICT industry experts to integrate market trends, challenges, and best practices into channel strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Education:Minimum ‘A’ Level, local Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Language:Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  3. Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in local ICT channel operations, service sales, or partner-facing roles.
  4. Independence & Teamwork:Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goals.
  5. Communication & Relationship Building:Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across partner hierarchies.
  6. Multitasking:Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
  7. Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  8. Cross-Functional Skills:Proven ability to collaborate with sales engineers, technical teams, and sales leaders to drive partner success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in channel management, business development, or partner enablement.
  • Deep understanding of ICT industry trends and technologies
