Part Time Sales Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Part Time Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing)

We are seeking a resourceful, experienced, and committed individual to manage the following:

1. Key role to support project and sales activities.
2. Handle administrative related duties for project work and sales activities.
3. Review documentation including proofreading, modification, and improvement on existing work.
4. Prepare information on products and their applications for submission of tender proposals.
5. Perform strategic procurement, liaise and negotiate with vendors for the best price.
6. Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectation and satisfaction is maintained.
7. Plan and schedule meetings including taking of minutes.
8. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, establish and maintain relationships for the flawless execution of projects.
9. Adhere to the respective departmental delivery processes, procedures, work instructions, forms & templates.
10. Stay familiar with company policies and goals and work to ensure that all members of a project team adhere to set standards.
11. Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
12. Exposure to support Singapore and Hong Kong headquarter projects and other international exposure.

1. At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
3. Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Independent, organized, meticulous, team player, and a fast worker.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
7. Minimum 1 year working experience in project admin, operations, marketing, etc.
8. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
