Burmese Speaking Part-Time Operations Assistant Needed! Looking for a flexible and rewarding part-time job?

We are looking for a fluent Burmese speaker to join our dynamic team! As a Part-Time Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Myanmar patients who require assistance during their visits to hospitals in Singapore.

Medical Assistance:

1. Perform general administrative tasks such as calling the clinic to make appointments, handling patient enquiries, and scheduling.
2. Accompany Myanmar patients to appointments at hospitals and assist them in communicating with doctors and other medical staff.
3. Ensure the comfort and needs of patients are met during their visits.
4. Arrange in- and out-patient treatment globally, ensuring proper communication with all stakeholders: members, next-of-kin, brokers, HR, providers, etc.
5. Provide travel assistance and arrange concierge services: hotels, car transfers.
6. Provide assistance to seniors on monitoring programs.
7. Provide operational support for growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations.
8. Preferably have a medical background.

Job Requirements:

1. Speak and write fluent and accurate Burmese.
2. Candidate must:

1) Have good judgement and strong problem-solving skills,
2) Have the ability to handle responsibility,
3) Have good temperament and interpersonal skills,
4) Be able to take initiative and work independently.
