PART-TIME MARKETING ASSISTANT

Experience & Skills:

• Comfortable on camera and confident in presenting ideas

• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

• Basic content creation and editing skills (using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); additional design or video editing software is a plus

Personal Attributes:

• Creative, energetic, and proactive

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Flexible and adaptable, able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Educational Background:

• Minimum diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Polytechnic graduates are preferred

Commitment & Availability:

• Part-time position based at our Toh Guan office

• Work 2–3 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• $12 - 15 per Hr

• Minimum commitment of 6 months
