Part Time Lecturer

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lecturer specialized in BIM. As a Lecturer, your contributions go beyond teaching and facilitating learning.

Qualifications:

• You should have at least 3 years of relevant teaching experience in the Engineering field, especially in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• You should possess professionalism, strong customer service, and communication skills.
• You must be a team player and have a passion for teaching related modules.
• Candidates with relevant training and good presentation skills are preferred.

• Principle of Safety at Engineering Workplace
• Computer-Aided Engineering Drawing using AutoCAD
• Architectural and MEP Revit
• Fundamentals of Building Information Modelling
• BIM Implementation Strategies and Setup
• BIM for Landscape Industries

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Develop curriculum and course material that can be used across several platforms.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Prepare class activities and practical sessions for AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Set and grade assignments and exams.
• Vet assignment/exam papers and perform second marking.
• Conduct post-assessment analysis.
• Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Mentor students, especially industrial attachment students, providing academic, career, and employability advisement.
• Supervise industrial projects as assigned.
