PART TIME HR ASSISTANT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time HR Assistant/Officer to join our HR team. As an HR professional, you will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions. The role is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in a dynamic HR environment while working flexibly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:
   Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
   Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
   Maintain a database of candidates and job applicants.
2. Employee Onboarding:
   Prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires.
   Facilitate orientation and induction sessions for new employees.
3. Employee Relations:
   Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
   Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
   Support the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
   Assist with employee benefits administration, including leave management.
5. HR Documentation and Compliance:
   Maintain employee records in compliance with local regulations.
   Assist in preparing HR reports, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
6. Performance Management:
   Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes.
   Track employee performance and assist in training or development recommendations.
7. General Administrative Support:
   Handle general HR administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, scheduling).
   Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
