Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications, and payment collection.
• Any other admin duties and responsibilities as assigned by Doctor or Clinic Manager.
• Basic housekeeping to ensure clinic is neat and clean.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiar with clinic workflow and system.
• Good customer and communication skills.
• English and dialects are essential.
• Able to work independently.

Clinic Details:

GP clinic within 8 mins walking distance from Hougang MRT, opposite MidTown Residences/Holy Innocent's High School.

Employment:

• Rate: $12-$16/hour (ranging from $870 to $2,500 per month).
