Job Description

  • Explain the programme details to parents and answer telephone enquiries and emails.
  • Guide parents in the registration process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with parents, ensuring prompt follow-up for all enquiries.
  • Maintain and update the student database.
  • Follow up with new sign-ups and potential customers.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Assist teachers with materials and class preparation (e.g., preparing worksheets).

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to assist English and Mandarin-speaking parents in the registration process and coordinate with them effectively.
  • Good communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
  • Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  • Part-Time position.
