We're looking for compassionate, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our frontline healthcare team. In these critical roles, you'll provide direct care, support, and assistance to patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention during their most important moments.
Customer Service (training provided):
Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard.
Perform triage and registration.
Responsible for front-desk duties such as appointments, billing and payment collection, handling enquiries (email/phone/walk-in).
Patient Care (with certification):
Helping patients with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
Assisting with wound care, taking vital signs, and administering medications under the supervision of nurses.
Ensuring patients are comfortable, safe, and have their needs met.
Assisting in the transfer of patients for clinical appointments or ward transfers.
Providing orientation to patients and their relatives about the ward environment.
Providing excellent customer service to patients and serving food and drinks.
Requirement:
Minimum GCE 'N' level with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience is often required.
