About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part Time Clinic Assistant to join our team at Wee HealthFirst Medical Clinic in the Clementi West Region. As a Part Time Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth daily operations of our medical practice. This is a part-time position with flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments, maintaining efficient record-keeping
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Providing general support to the medical team as needed
• Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Adhering to all relevant medical and administrative protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and the medical team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and using various office software
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
