Provide full administrative support to the Legal & Insurance Department as required in a proactive, timely and diligent matter
Assist the Manager of Legal & Insurance in providing legal and administrative support to the Chief Executive
Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders on required inputs/documents on legal and insurance matters, including timeline, action plans
Assist in some drafting, editing and proofreading of various contracts, resolutions, correspondence and legal documents as well as maintain the Chief Executive’s office systems, including data management, filing, maintaining and updating records of the Chief Executive contacts
Perform any other ad hoc duties where required by the Management
Job Responsibilities for Administrative role to Chief Executive (20%):
Responsible for Chief Executive’s scheduling of business and personal matters i.e travel matters, appointments, meetings arrangements etc.
Assist Chief Executive in relations to researching, coordination of follow up actions of projects with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in legal studies or equivalent, preferably with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant paralegal experience. Applicants with less experience may also be considered.
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, detail orientated, with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive business communications, data and other information with professionalism confidentiality and discretion, both internally and externally
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
