Paralegal Associate

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a paralegal to join their highly skilled and collaborative legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing legal support across a variety of legal domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Review: Function as a first port of call for contract review to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements by providing guidance on contractual terms, identifying potential liabilities, and recommending necessary revisions.
2. Reporting: Ensure that regulatory reporting and filing are completed in a timely manner under related legislation.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external legal counsel, fund administrators, and corporate secretarial service providers to facilitate seamless documentation processes and information exchange.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, legal studies or related paralegal qualifications preferred.
2. Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in either a paralegal role or a legal specialist role within the financial services space is preferred, with exposure to FATCA and/or CRS a plus.
