Paralegal

A leading financial services firm is looking to hire a Paralegal to support the legal team. You will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including reviewing various legal agreements as a first level reviewer, managing statutory filings, and providing legal support on matters including managing KYC/AML requests for the group.
• The Legal Support Specialist will contribute to the efficient operation of the legal department and ensure that all legal processes are followed accurately and timely.

Requirements

Bachelor of law with prior experience of 2-3 years as a paralegal or legal associate, either in-house or at a law firm is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
