Palliative Senior Staff Nurse (Premium NH, 4 days weekly shift , 6K) #HJX

Details:

• 44 hours/week; 12-hour shifts, working 4 days a week with some weekends on a rotational basis.
• No advanced diploma or certificate required, but relevant experience in palliative care is necessary.
• Salary range up to S$5-6K with attractive benefits.

Description:

• Perform, supervise, and evaluate clinical nursing activities.
• Maintain and improve clinical nursing standards and quality.
• Orientate, supervise, and evaluate clinical practice of Enrolled Nurses and care staff as assigned.
• Coordinate total client care with all members from Nursing and other departments to deliver quality service to residents, relatives, visitors, and volunteers.
• Participate in the evaluation of clinical guidance and training programs.
• Ensure Nursing Care Plan (NCP) is regularly updated, and care rendered is based on the outcomes of the care plan.
