Monday - Friday: Office Hours

Job Scope

• Create individualized care plans to maintain health and reduce/address crises while supporting families and caregivers
• Assist in activities of daily living
• Nasogastric tube insertion
• Catheter management
• Wound care

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB + BCLS
• Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred
• Able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• Advanced Diploma in Palliative Nursing/Gerontology is an advantage
