About the opportunity

To be a part of the Project Team to deliver a custom-built software application on a low-code platform by following Agile Frameworks and DevOps practices.

Your key Responsibilities

1. Working as an Agile Team Member, managing and executing a variety of tasks.
2. Interacting with Business Users as necessary to clarify requirements.
3. Taking responsibility for the quality of the software developed and delivered.
4. Software Development including meeting the Definition of Done.
5. Software Testing including fulfilling the Acceptance Criteria.
6. Creating Software Documents as required.

Skills and attributes for success

1. Contributing to setting-up, and execution of DevOps practices.
2. Software Maintenance and Support.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

1. At least a degree or diploma in a relevant technical field.
2. For the Senior Associate position: At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in custom-built software development using a low-code platform, and 2 years of experience in leading a Software Team of Developers and Testers.
3. Experienced in Agile Software Development.
4. Experienced in Software Integration using APIs and Web Services.
5. Experienced in Database Systems.

Ideally, you'll also have:

1. OutSystems experience is a distinct advantage.
2. Scrum Ceremonies and Artefacts experience is a distinct advantage.
3. .NET Framework experience is an advantage.
4. Additional Business Education is a distinct advantage.
5. Low-code platform certification is a distinct advantage.
6. Scrum Certification is an advantage.
