Front of house operations: Greeting and serving guests, menu recommendation and order processing; as well as POS and payments handling: Accurate processing of payment transactions and balancing the cash register at the end of the shift.
Back of house operations: Food and beverage preparation according to the SOP provided, with health and safety guidelines followed: Food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure that food is prepared and served safely.
Leading a small team of Service Crew and maintaining a clean and organized working environment; as well as ensuring the required stock supplies and equipment in good working condition.
Providing exceptional customer service: Friendly, attentive, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.
Assist the Outlet Manager /Assistant Outlet Manager to prepare day-end and other relative reports for the management, as well as staff management including but not limited to manpower allocations and arrangement.
Performing other duties as assigned: Helping to set up or break down events, or performing other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1-2 years of relative experience in a similar industry
Pleasant and outgoing
Able to work with a small group of team members
Experience in chained restaurant operations is preferred
