Oversee and manage the service and project administrative activities & reporting requirements of the organization in a timely and accurate manner. The Sales Executive is directly responsible for project-related sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Managing, developing, and motivating the Singapore sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
Achievement of sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
Ensuring timely follow-up and reporting of all sales inquiries.
Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
Agreeing and setting pricing levels and strategies in coordination with the Management.
Ensuring a constant flow of new business activity while maintaining and developing existing business levels.
Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
Developing and implementing annual business plans and updating them on a rolling monthly basis.
Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity.
Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Strategic thinker; able to develop business where it does not exist today.
Presentation skills and abilities. Able to present to a group of multiple decision-makers in various segments.
Requirements:
Experience in related businesses or relevant industries or construction background with a service provider hunter type.
Normal working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
